Mt. Carmel Preparatory Academy is a non-denominational Christian school providing quality academic and spiritual instruction to prepare students for responsible citizenship. Each student is challenged and encouraged to develop to his/her full potential.

Admission process
Our admission process is simplified for your ease of understanding. We want to make this a seamless process to get your student off to the best start.
You are able to apply online or download our forms to mail or drop to our office. Below are the requirements
- Passport/Birth Certificate
- Photo for ID
- National Insurance Card
- Transcript
- Immunization card
- BJC/BGCSE Results
1. Registration
Apply online or send your filled application form on our registered postal address.
2. Interview/Entrance Exam
Eligible candidates will be called for an interview, along with necessary documents.
3. Submission
Selected candidates need to submit all required documents along with the fee payment.
Important Dates and Guidelines
The School opens admission in November every year. Admission is a two-step process. In the first step, the children write an entrance test after the registration.

Deadline for applicants to fifth and eighth grades to submit application and application fee for a guaranteed on-campus interview. - January 16, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. IST
Admission application deadline, financial aid application deadline. - March 5, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. IST
Admission decision notification for eighth, ninth, and tenth grades. - March 12, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. IST
Admission decision notification for fifth grade. - April 07, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. IST
Start of the new session. Candidates are required to bring admission confirmation letter upon first visit.
Tuition Fees for Mt Carmel Prep Students
School fees must be paid in full before the beginning of the school term. Fees are due on or before September 1, December 1, March 1. The annual fees listed below are due on or before September 1.

Tuition installment agreements are granted in special circumstances. Agreements may be made with the Business Office prior to the beginning of the school year.
